Toni Bru from “El Celler de l’Aspic” (Falset), Tasting Cabrida 2009

Cabrida was one of the first Grenache quality wines bottled in the DO Montsant and Cooperative Capçanes, betting on the 100% black grenache, in Montsant, and above the cooperative out his star came to market.

Cabrida-09 has a red cardinal colour, middle layer, clean, bright, we can see that it has been done the correct color extraction respecting the variety is Grenache.

In nose, aromas of red fruit, good acidity, strawberries in liqueur, spicy notes of clove, cinnamon and cocoa background. It is fresh with a pleasant aroma, with fresh notes that come out over time and air.

It has a good entry, good acidity, very fine, smooth, with a large assemblage of breeding, out soft fruit, with licorice end and a tannin still present.

A great wine, elegant, with a large bouquet, which highlights the good work in the field and in the winery. Highly recommended for good food to enjoy food, wine and Grenache.
