The 20 year vertical tasting was held at the most ancient house in Barcelona,belonged to one of the most important rabbis of the city in the 13th century.
Peraj Ha'abib has been recognized as one of the best kosher wines in the world and was the first kosher wine that was made in Spain after the Jewish expulsion in the 15th century.
Almost 90 years of meticulous and traditional elaboration of the vermouth in Capçanes and finally we decided to bottling and commercializing it.
Old traditions come back and vermouth is one of them.
