Capçanes Cooperative (DO Montsant) has renewed its board and has promoted a strategic plan that it expects to increase sales by 5% this year and 15% in 2013 and 2014.
After 32 years as president, Francesc Blanc, the great promoter of this cooperative founded in 1933, has designated a new president, Marcel Ferre, who explains that his goal is "to return as a reference."
The new manager,  Joan Maria Sabaté, sees "an opportunity" in the Madrid market. He claims that "it is a difficult area but not impossible".

Rosés well declined, with a thousand and one different shades: from the classics ones to the more innovative, their own personality and versatile character makes them suitable for a wide range of dishes and moments.

80% Grenache / 10% Merlot / 10% Syrah

Cabrida was one of the first Grenache quality wines bottled in the DO Montsant and Cooperative Capçanes, betting on the 100% black grenache, in Montsant, and above the cooperative out his star came to market.
 

We can already smell the harvest, preparations, nerves… while the vines start ripening, the synthesis of anthocyanins and tannin polymerization take place in this period of the year. The grapes take color.
