Last Tuesday I arrived in New Zealand. Beautiful, I can't find the right words, simply wonderful! If there might be paradise on earth, here we are getting very close!
Thanks to Sophie Cotter and her team, www.stvincentscave.com , Maria and Ayla, we have had two great tasting days in Auckland. Thanks for everybody’s curiosity at the Capçanes Masterclass, and Molten winemaking dinner. Pleasure meeting you Jane Skilton. And special thanks to all our Capçanes Kiwi customers and supporting restaurants. Gracias Molten, the Black Hoof, Ponsonby Road Bistro, Cassia, Baduzzi, Bellota…etc, etc, etc.
After a gorgeous train ride down to Wellington, I met Sophie again in Blenheim, Marlborough land. Thank you John for the opportunity to show our wines to your wine club members…and thank you Wellington for my first sunny day on that trip before leaving back to Australia.
