At Celler de Capçanes, we are delighted to introduce our newest wine: Mas Tortó Rosé, a fresh, elegant, and deeply Mediterranean interpretation of Montsant Garnacha. With this launch, we expand our portfolio with a limited-edition rosé that reflects the landscape, personality, and identity that define us.
🍇 A rosé of origin and character
Mas Tortó Rosé is crafted from a careful blend of 50% Garnacha Tinta and 50% Garnacha Gris, harvested and vinified with the utmost delicacy. Our aim is to create a fine, subtle and gastronomic rosé that remains true to its origin.

Color & aromas: pale onion-skin pink, bright and delicate, with notes of white flowers and fresh red fruit.

Palate: silky, balanced and vibrant, with lively acidity bringing freshness and a long, harmonious finish.

Winemaking: we use direct pressing, followed by low-temperature fermentation in stainless-steel tanks, then lees ageing and 10 months of maturation in a 3,000 L French foudre.

Limited production: only 4,000 numbered bottles.
