Capçanes, April 2025 – Celler de Capçanes expands its wine range with a new line of low-alcohol wines, launching two new additions perfect for summer: La Flor de Maig Blanc d’Estiu 5.5 and La Flor de Maig Rosat d’Estiu 5.5. With just 5.5% alcohol, these wines offer a refreshing and light experience, perfect for enjoying during the warmer months.
La Flor de Maig Blanc d’Estiu 5.5 is a white wine that stands out for its freshness and liveliness. With an aromatic profile highlighting floral and fresh fruit notes, it’s ideal for pairing with light appetizers, salads, and fish dishes — or simply for sharing good moments with friends and beating the heat!
La Flor de Maig Rosat d’Estiu 5.5 shows a beautiful pale pink color with fine, well-integrated bubbles. On the nose, it reveals intense red fruit aromas such as strawberries and raspberries, complemented by citrus and floral hints. On the palate, its delicate sweetness is balanced by refreshing acidity, leaving a sweet and crisp finish. This rosé is perfect to enjoy well chilled (6–10 °C), either as an aperitif or during a relaxing “A la fresca” moment.
