This wine is made from Pinot Noir grapes grown and elaborated with the minimum intervention while allowing only a brief skin contact during fermentation.
Pinot Noir vineyards from “Conca de Barberà” region, traditionally used for Cava. This grapes are vinified for the first time at Celler de Capçanes, as still red wine.
