30% Tempranillo/Cabernet Sauvignon/Syrah/Merlot
Young red wine that balances the freshness of the style with the unique fruitiness of our grapes in a fairly robust body.
Controlled fermentation temperature (24-28ºC). Malolactic fermentation in vat.
Maceration: 6-8 days. The varieties are vinified separately. Natural cold stabilization and light filtering.
Subsequent aging in vat for 4 months before bottling
By hand, from the beginning to the middle of September (1-1.5 kg/vine) (30-45hl/ha).
Age of the vines: 10-25 years.
Soil: clay and granite in terraces
14% vol. Alcohol
5 g/l tartaric acid
4 g/l residual sugar
