White Vermut

White Garnacha

Pale yellow and bright Straw in colour.
Citrus and especially floral aromas, highlighted by the sweet and delicate fragrance of elderflower and the fresh, herbaceous notes of sage.
On the palate, it is fresh, smooth, and silky. Its pleasant sweetness provides the perfect balance to the slight bitterness.

This vermouth allows for a wide variety of combinations. Perfect with fresh dishes, such as mild cheeses, white fish, seafood, and salads.
Enjoy an aperitif with olives, nuts, and light cold cuts; or on its own, with ice and a slice of orange or lemon.

VINIFICATION

White Garnacha base wine, flavoured with herbs such as elderflower and sage.
The wine is then fortified with sugar and alcohol, clarified, and bottled.
